Both are products of Graphtec Corporation and it really makes no sense to have virtually identical software programs that are not able to open each others' files. Looks like you need to find Silhouette Studio 1.9.0d and purchase a "Designer Edition" upgrade card as this is the only version that allows the. It appears an earlier version of silhouette had an option to export files. I have never used Silhouette studio so i won't be of much help. Then hopefully it might embed the vectors in a file.

It treated me very good, but while my business grew, the cutter became too small. I've been using the Silhouette Cameo with Silhouette Studio.
